Individual 1 on 1 coaching
This type of coaching allows us to really get to know you and customise a program to your specific needs. It also lets us personalise how we deliver it.
Everyone has different struggles and learning styles and this approach gives us the flexibility to create a unique program just for you. One-on-one coaching is a more premium service, so we can charge more for our time. One on one coaching can be done in-person, on the phone or online using platforms like Zoom, and Google Hangouts.
It starts with a ‘Discovery’ consultation, we provide recommendations and support on an ad hoc basis or as part of a programme over a number of weeks.
Group coaching
This can be a more cost-effective way for you to work with us. Group coaching is a great way for clients who may feel intimidated to work one-on-one or that prefer to learn in a small group setting.
Groups are kept to 50 participants so that it’s big enough to develop a sense of community, but small enough to feel like you’re getting our individual attention.
We charge a little less for a group program than a one-on-one program, because it isn’t as personalised.
Workshops
This is similar to group coaching, but more focused on teaching participants a new skill.
We host workshops on things like Ancestral eating: Learning to make bone broth, liver pâté, nutrient dense snacks.
Corporate Wellness
Companies are putting a lot of money into employee wellness programs. This is an ideal opportunity for organisations to make a difference in a company’s culture, productivity, and health and safety goals.
Collaborations
Many functional medicine clinics, yoga studios, and gyms are starting to have an interest in offering nutrition coaching for their patients, clients and members.
We have the perfect qualifications for this added value offer!
With this kind of collaboration we could rent out space, the owner of the clinic or gym may take a percentage of what we earn or we might get paid a set amount based on our time working there. There are lots of options here!

Testimonial
"The Primal Health 101 workshop Nick presented was a great starting point for people wanting to learn about nutrition and how certain foods affect the body.
We liked the fact that Nick took a non-partisan approach to nutrition. He was not pro or anti meat, vegan, vegetarian, alcohol etc. He simply offered up research and science based facts and let the listener decide what's best for them.
Overall we all really enjoyed it, it has made us look at certain foods and how we can improve our own diet and health.
After yesterday I’ve given up bread, will cut down on beer and totally ban the vegetable oils.
The presentation had us all asking questions about what we eat. So from that point of view it’s done the trick. The more people Nick can inspire to want to know more, the more people are going to get to know.
He is a great living example of what he’s saying."
